Our History 

Our congregation was a part of Holiness Church of Christ, Deliverance Center which is based in Midland, Pennsylvania.  The late Apostle Sam Sallis founded HCCDC in 1955.  Our local church, which was located in Salisbury and Spencer, North Carolina, was established in 1964.  Faith, deliverance, and holiness were emphasized in this ministry, and many people were greatly blessed.  Yet, in the latter part of 2005 Pastor JoAnna Fitzgerald announced that the Lord was leading her to start another ministry.  The entire congregation agreed.  In January 2006, Victorious House of God was founded.

 

 

Our Intent  

We are a non-denominational church.  Our beliefs and doctrine are based on the word of God.  As our name indicates, we focus on victorious living.  During the course of life we all have experiences that lead us away from the path of God.  These experiences result from demonic forces and/or our own wrong-doing.  At Victorious House of God, we believe you can overcome and experience total restoration through salvation, deliverance and strict adherence to God’s word.  He has a great plan for each of us.  He came so we would have a more abundant life.  It is our intent to not allow His coming to be in vain.

We will effectively teach and preach God's word and meet the needs of the people.  Thereby, they will be empowered to overcome all adversity and opposition as disciples walking in holiness, faith, obedience and integrity.  Consequently, they will live victorious lives and go out into the world and help to empower others.
